CONCIERGE SERVICES OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

1. Secretariat

- Management of your mail during your absence according to your instructions.
- Responsibility for keeping your keys.
- Our availability 24 hours a day with your alarm service.
- Management of contracts and subscriptions related to your residence (EDF, Internet,
water company, etc.).
- Management of your insurance (home, vehicles left behind).
- Correspondence with the administrative services.
- Reception and coordination of your deliveries (with verification of their status).

2. Management of your suppliers' annual contracts

We monitor the continuity and proper execution of ongoing maintenance contracts:
- Maintenance of the garden (if there is an annual contract with a company).
- Maintenance with the security and alarm company.
- Maintenance of the swimming pool (in the event of the presence of an annual
maintenance contract with a company).
- Maintenance of the heating and air conditioning system.
- Maintenance of your fireplace(s).
- And any other maintenance contract necessary for the proper functioning of the
property.
We can also find you the necessary stakeholders if the contracts do not exist or if you
wish to change service providers.

3. Organization of minor works and repairs

- At your request, we contact the craftsmen for any maintenance and repair work. We
draw up the quotes according to your instructions and supervise the execution of the
work corresponding to the quote.
- In case of emergency we inform you of the incident and immediately contact a
craftsman to take the necessary measures and stop the problem before seeing with
you the need for work.
- We organize appointments and interventions of craftsmen and service providers.
- For any major work, we put you in touch with an Architect or landscaper.

4. Staff management:

- Management of interventions according to your arrivals and departures.
- We liaise between you and your employees following your instructions.

5. Contact us:

- We provide you with 1 mobile phone numbers reachable 7 days a week for any
request whatsoever: personal or technical assistance.


STEWARDSHIP SERVICES

1. When the house is unoccupied:

- We make a regular visit to the property respecting the requested checkpoints.
- In case of bad weather we make an exceptional visit to ensure the good condition of
the property.
- We send you a visit report with photos if necessary to give you an account of the
visit and our actions.
- At your request we open the property for delivery reception.
- We supervise the work you have carried out on site.

2. Opening and closing of the house:

- On your request and knowing the dates of arrival on the property (of yourself, your
friends or your family) we prepare the house: starting up the heating (or air
conditioning) starting up the various household appliances, installation of outdoor
furniture on the terraces (with cleaning if necessary).
- After each departure, we turn off the devices and check the house and its exteriors.

3. When the house is occupied:

- We come on site only at your request for any assistance you may need or in the event
of a technical problem.

4. Laundry:

- We can take care of the laundry at the level of bed linen and household linen if
necessary and other large room to be cleaned (blankets, quilts, curtains, carpets...)
